Enclosed please find my podcast. This was a challenging assignment as for starters I hate talking on the computer or in general. second I had a bunch of problems loading it had to do it about 10 times the picture would not load up the audio kept disapering but I got it enough now. Glad to hear you are doing better. That's scary stuff. I have been on the soap box for a long time about the food supply that is crammed down our throats in the U.S. Many things (although getting better) are loaded with trans fats, and the so called low fat foods are laced with corn syrup to cover up the lack of taste. It's a vicious cycle, bad food, get sick, pharmaceuticals. Why do you think it is the Food AND Drug Administration?
